As I understand Katya Charmandario is Arielle Vandenberg, but why that name? I mean did she changed her name to Arielle and her original was Katya?
Anonymousyeah pretty much. it’s pretty common for actors with unwieldy or “ethnic” names to go with a stage name.
obviously with a name like Charmandario (come on, how did that get past the Ellis Island authorities?) there’s too much of a negative connotation, what with the war-crimes and stuff back in the motherland. you can’t make it in this business if people are just stereotyping you all the time
